ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Customer Service Representative with State Farm Agent Bobby Patterson.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
- Attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people.
- Enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty license required with fees reimbursed.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
